I’m a multi-disciplinary design leader passionate about storytelling, collaboration, and crafting digital experiences that connect brands and people. I currently lead Visual Experience Design and the Ford Web Design System, where I bring together art direction, UI innovation, CX strategy, AI integration, and design governance to deliver consistent, accessible, and future-ready digital platforms.
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across a wide range of brands and industries, shaping story-driven .com experiences, social campaigns, video and animated shorts, and in-store activations. Along the way, I earned my Forrester CX Certification, strengthening my expertise in customer experience strategy, user research, and design systems. I am also passionate about the role of AI in design and help lead adoption within design teams, driving innovation in creative workflows and enterprise processes. I thrive at the intersection of creativity, systems, and emerging technology, building strong relationships across clients, teams, and disciplines.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, I have a deep love for rainy days, mountain peaks, and spontaneous adventures. I’m committed to leadership, creativity, and balance, striving for excellence in my work, my family life, and the occasional freshly baked sourdough loaf.
